tbf none of the villain in base game P5 were ever as good as kamoshida so I'd be surprised if the mobile game was any different

On one hand I get why they didn't do more "relatable" villains like Kamohida since if they did it would essentially be Persona 4:City Edition but they went too far in the other direction by making the characters either cartoonishly evil(Shido,Madarame) or just goofy(Kaneshiro).I actually liked Okumura but the forced Morgana subplot ruined it a little.Sae had no stakes and I didn't like Makoto but she's one of the better ones overall.
