It's 100% worthless for JP raids but it's pretty nice for Global purposes. Global players struggle with insane so I can just belt out some quick insanes and consistently rank among the top 1000 ins clears.

Meanwhile I'm staring at the current Goz cutoff with equal amounts of disgust and annoyance. Amazing how JP can have so many players tryharding the shit out of the game and still get treated like 3rd class citizens.

I remember several comments as far back as the Shupo stream asking for a PC version, and I occasionally spot someone on twitter wondering when they'll get one. There's definitely a demand, a lot of people probably don't want to deal with emulators. And you can bet that if global got it and they didn't even after the half anniversary, even the mild-mannered nips will get pissed.

I don't know, I feel like a lot of nips enter this resignation state where they don't really care anymore and just take whatever they get. Honkai 3rd had a similar thing where every server except JP got a PC client then it took JP like two more years to get their own PC client.
It's why I was asking if the nips are actually upset or annoyed about the situation or if they don't really care since they'll use emulators for the hotkeys and macros anyway.

The difference here is that JP is the main server, unlike Honkai which is Chinese. Either way, I don't think it's a good idea to test your playerbase's patience, and I think having a PC client would help make the game more engaging to casual players, who seem to be the ones putting in the least effort/peacing out the most if the raid participation distribution is anything to go by

Global raid you can just kinda do whatever and plat. If you're used to platting JP raids then you can most likely plat any global raid without a timeline.

torment kaiten sure is a pain, interruption duration is so long during phase 1, non-tanks just drop quickly in a min or 2 during phase 2 and pray for kuroko undying doesn't trigger until the sword slash

only used shoshino ex once, hardest part is keeping tsubaki alive, and first team shaved 3m hp off the phase 2 boss
second team shaved 11m hp off the boss, making sure kuroko has >20% hp remaining after the missiles, so she can have an additional ex without triggering invul before the sword swing
third team is all about chaining back to back staggers
previously i had a clean up crew with wakamo+izuna+tsukuy+shiroko+sshizuko+nyharuka to finish up any remaining hp in the event team 1+2 did not build up enough parts damage

Also I don't think anyone's going to be doing Lunatic until they make it more accessible to the average player. Nobody's gonna be doing those several turn lunatics where you need every niche one raid wonder they printed for it or else you can't do it.

Stream is over and I don't know how I feel about the fes. Large upgrade over 4th anniversary where I had zero interest in everyone involved and playing the game felt like a chore but not so much that I'm jumping off the walls and happy to be playing the game. It's alright I guess.
Not sure what to think about Seia being denied of fes status again in favor of a clearly less popular Nagisa but it seems they gave her a better kit this time so that's an upgrade.
Not a fan of Nagisa's swimsuit but I liked her as a character at least. Skill seems kinda weird, I wonder who she's going to displace from the usual suspects.
Mika seems to be the centerpiece of the fes with the clearly overpowered kit and her swimsuit seems much cuter and better than Nagisa's swimsuit. Simple is better and hers looks great.

The upgrades for more ligma when rolling and the battle pass are nice but not particularly happy about UE60 coming out because that's going to be a lot of people to upgrade and very costly to do so.

Yeah I bet whales will be stoked about having more ways to toss nexon more money. Unfortunately, I'm not a whale and pretty unhappy about the current state of raids where everything is a shitty maldfest because everyone is packed into the same 100m~ or so due to torment being too easy and lunatic being too hard.

No main story update and no new character or new story release leaves me slightly disappointed too. I like the character choices for 4.5 since I like the tea party as characters and I wanted to roll for them but if I look past character choices, I don't like the rest of the stuff in this anniversary.

We also got special dangles and an archive banner that lets you both debloat the standard pool so spooks are less shit and lets F2Ps eventually get the likes of Ako and Shun which are both really good

Oh Hasumi's is easily the worst by far, no contest. Nagisa's just doesn't really fit her character or personality which is why it feels bad.
Feels like they're downgrading her character to just tits instead of showcasing more of her personality and character. I legitimately didn't recognize her at first because everyone was calling her mommy due to her new swimsuit and it's just bad man. I imagine the fanart will be even worse too.

Mika's in comparison is much cuter and fits more her character of wanting to be Sensei's cute princess. It's much more tasteful, it's simpler and it's very nice on the eyes. Very good.

I'm not really that upset over the designs, I'm just disappointed about the lack of story. I think Blue Archive's strength was the focus on story, lore and worldbuilding but then we entered the biggest drought after 3.5 because we've gotten 2 main story updates since then and 1 of them was just moving the Deca event to main instead of continuing any of the other main story threads or plots.
Would have probably been annoyed over Hasumi if they had made her a fes or given her some broken kit but they didn't so thank god in heaven they didn't.

I don't know what's the optimal strategy but the final boss requires you to start with a fully healed team and you will have to keep killing enemy units in the back row that have 3 HP. I managed to clear the minigame on my second run with a bunch of spells that deal 3 damage to a random enemy; recruited Hina, Nagisa and Mika.

New character table filter is up. The text filed works largely as you would expect I expect, entering just normal text allows to quickly filter by character names (i.e. finding all swimsuit alts). Putting the search in quotes is a whole-word match.

I don't want to have a huge panel with all the possible filters, so string input also absorbs various arcane bullshit that doesn't have quick filter buttons, like rarity, position, weapon types, cover and area affinities.
Syntax is name:value, for numeric/ranking parameters > < >= <= is also supported.

A lot of the common filters are also keyworded, so you type something like `red sr attacker striker` and relevant filters will just work. Text filters that get absorbed by quickfilter buttons will be removed from text field if you proceed to click any buttons, to avoid clutter

Kayoko shouldn't be getting hit by laser and yeah there's a lot of Kanoe clears at 4*. The only sketchy thing is Chare's survival but if she lives then you're basically guaranteed a clear.
If you can't get the perfect kill like he does there then you can wait a few seconds and burst on minis instead for a 40.30m~ clear

Kisaki is basically honorary fes honestly. Fes units are recommended to ligma because they're great value and you'll use them everywhere a lot but Kisaki also belongs to that group despite not being fes.

Ako, Himari, NYFuuka, Kisaki are the four non-fes units that get used more than fes units. If you ligma these four to UE2 then you really cannot go wrong or regret it. Ako/Himari are somewhat outdated for 1t tor speedruns though so I'd prioritize Kisaki, Nagisa and Rio for specials.

Eh I wouldn't say wasted, BHosh gets used a ton in raids and I ligma'd my own because I really like Hoshino too and think her serious form is the best out of all.

I'd definitely think twice before using ligmas for other UE4s but it does provide a nice comfort being able to borrow the one off character you'll never use outside that raid like Kanoe or Camp Kotama instead of having to waste your support slot with a UE4 Mika when you own a UE3 one.
