One thing that disappoints me is the lack of creativity in characters lines. How many times do I need Goku to tell me that he won’t forgive you or Gogeta repeating the same canned I’m neither Goku or Vegeta line?

Why is Goku so arrogant as to believe his forgiveness is even sought by his foe? It’s even stranger when he does it to near mindless monsters like Hirudegarn.

I also just have to roll my eyes whenever Vegeta blathers on and on about Saiyan pride and the like. At this point he’s basically an earthling. He doesn’t even have a tail. The other saiyans would probably call him mutant behind his back.

he has 60% dr with guard and gets 180% defense when receiving a hit

it was actually a rhetorical example but it may also very well have been the case since all of the super class units we got this GDC very obviously need full dodge builds, and as soon as dodge was slandered a person struggling to beat an easy stage with a super class team (currently best in game btw), but had no issue beating it with an extreme team, appeared. The extreme units we got dont need dodge as much (except int zamasu who requires unconditional full dodge) so a critsubhuman would theoretically have much better luck with an extreme team.

If you knew blue goku contributed to about 20-25% of your team's total damage with his supers alone, and giving him a full offensive build could take that up to 25-30% (a 30% increase since he already has effective against all types, high crit, high add chance and he's str. Doesn't exactly multiply the % of contribution by 1.3 since the teams total damage also goes up), it might be effective in very SHORT fights where those extra damage points could get you in a advantageous spot. But based on anecdotal experience you know this is rare, and in longer fights, the effect gets dulled down and down.

Meanwhile, lets calculate the effectiveness of dodge. If he were to get caught and not dodge, with an 80% dodge chance, and he only gets targeted by a super twice per run on average for our experiment, that's a 36% chance to sell the run. If he has 30 dodge that's a 86% chance to dodge twice - that brings the chance to sell down to 26%.

Insignificant? How about we make a hypothetical run where he gets supered 10 times?

Your NOT SELLING chance goes from ~10% to almost 25%. Effectively, he is over 2x better defensively. The more you use him, the harder the fights, the more you can generally "feel" this. I think it depends on your preference. Omega is probably the more valuable unit overall. Better leader skill, great kit with massive support for extreme allies, debuffs, attack break, strong domain. Not really turn limited.
Gogeta is definitely swaggier and does insane work right out of the gate but his leader skill is limited, his viability on other teams can be tied to getting his intro which is dependent on other GT Heroes, and he can be more vulnerable after his support wears off.
Both are elite so I think you just go with your gut and how much you'll enjoy running the unit/the teams alongside the units you have and you won't regret it either way

If they're good early and weaken, people are upset that they're frauds in long content and will age out. If they impose conditions, people are upset that they're restricted or gimped. If they stay true to the source material, people are mad that they're reusing scenes or moves. If they make new ones, people are upset that they stole another character's spotlight or it's not true to the source material.
I'm not saying that the players are invalid, and often times these sentiments are true - but when they make a unit like this they're tasked with making a character that is strong enough to wow the player, but not so strong they invalidate the game. Cool and unique enough to feel fresh, but not so overdone or off model that it betrays the concept (with fusions these are characters with literal minutes of screen time over the last 30 years). Consistent enough that they don't feel bad to use, but variable enough that they have highs and lows. Relevant enough to handle current gimmicks, but not fish food against older gimmicks or other circumstances. Good everywhere, but not so good that they never fall off. It's a tall order, honestly
