From a graphical standpoint, yeah. From a realistic standpoint, people can only percieve and appreciate so much graphical improvements until it's unnecessary. Also, they do not stop to watch all the pretty graphic in the middle of gameplay. Which is the problem with chinese gacha, they become unoptimized ports for mobile that would look good but don't play well on mobile. And the comparison just becomes "look at how console game is better than mobile game graphically". Which is a meaningless comparison and why people don't take chinkshilling seriously.
