I skipped the fifth years because their kits problems were apparent from the outset. no content at the time could last long enough for them to ramp up properly and they were godawful until they did ramp up. then when content strong enough to survive for them to ramp up arrived it hit so hard their paltry 80% passives forced them to float and pray.

the devs had two options after they broke the game with vegito just accept people have a win button in their box and maybe encourage people to use teams without vegito via missions and scale back.
or lift enemy hp and damage output so high that 90% dr and his crit counter turn don't matter, and by doing so essentially kill off the entire game because any unit designed to lift above that answer will in turn need content that kills it quickly as well in a neverending death spiral of insane bullshit.
the devs in their retardation chose the latter and now we have lrs not even lasting their discounts before being consigned to the trash.

the game is now in such a bad place there is absolutely no point pulling for a unit unless you can pity them on debut and the numbers are so insane it's clear the devs have no intention sitting down and fixing things, frankly with how fast things are moving I believe the game is legitimately in the death phase of a gacha and they're just pumping it as hard and fast as possible before they have to dump it.

The biggest issue for me is that the dogshit teams in the game don't even have a chance to be not dogshit because leader skills don't come out fast enough. They maybe got through 20% of the categories with 200% before they shifted to 220%

There needs to be something else to help catch up, either have EZAs buff leader skills to 200 or do a blanket update on all leaders because this is tiring.

That's right, I remember now. I knew he was gone at some point. I've had him rainbowed since shortly after he was added back so I've just paid it no mind. Frieza awakening from an SSR into an SSR is a a special kind of hell lol. I guess they could always do something with that but I presume they'll just leave him and the SRs alone.

It's not even that he goes from an SSR to an SSR, it's that he has both Namek Saga Frieza and Golden Frieza categories. It'd be basically impossible to try and justify that as a modern Golden Frieza TUR.
One idea I've had for that is that all of them awaken back into their SR forms (eg: 1st Form -> GF -> 1st Form), but after the first turn they "transform" by zooming out from Golden Frieza's eye, as if it was just a memory he was recalling.
