I started Grandia this weekend, playing for the first time. That opening was really....reaaaaally slow. It does the thing Trails does where every NPC has new dialogue after the story progresses even slightly. I'm usually very thorough in exhausting dialogue but I'm wondering if it's worth it in this game because it's really killed the pacing for me.
Can we even post in this thread before Sunday?
For the record this Sunday I played a bit of the Saturn version of Symphony of the Night. Maria mode is actually pretty fucking cool, although her summons seem very overpowered. The water dragon has completely decimated every boss so far.

I thought it was thursday, thank god.
been so tired from work that I can't even enjoy my high speed action games, gonna have to play virtual golf or something
Playan through silksong at the moment, but when I'm done with the I shall return to RE1 arrange mode no save attempts. Was gonna wait until October to go balls deep into horror games, but sometime classic resi just calls out to me man
Played the ALttP Randomizer for the first time, got stuck for like 2 hours because the one item I needed to progress was in a dark room (I had the fire rod). Took me way longer to finish than if I had just played the original game.
It was "fine" but if I get the urge to play "2D Zelda but with a twist again", I'll play Crusader of Centy so I can check that off my backlog instead.
