Another major problem I don't see brought up enough is hair physics. Not how much it moves, but how slowly it does that. It's weirdly floaty on a lot of models even though real hair takes very little time to start settling down. It ends up looking like a jellyfish and reminds me of poorly configured SMP hair in Skyrim mods.
As a side note, I forgot how amazing hair physics where in Alice: Madness Returns.
