Point 1 is what allow for a hobbyist to claim fair use while a professional content creator wouldn't be able, all other things being the same. The motivation for the copyright infringement matters.
Point 3, the amount of content use makes reaction content completely NOT fair use when it is t he entirety of the content being displayed or even substantial part.
