How do people like the new design? Perfect, too busy, don't like the longer hair? I don't really get the permanent fox(?) ears with fish tail. So she's a fox fish?
Does the model move well? I heard Holo's models never moved the best, crappily animated.

The name choice is pretty on the nose, and they she's designed is basically a medley of everything Saba was and ever wanted. i.e. she's always wanted to be a blonde-haired loli with big fluffy ears but being a shark for so long has alao irrevocably changed her.

I've been seeing of literally every conceivable opinion under the sun - ugly, cute, busy, plain, basically just a Gura reskin, totally different from Gura, etc. etc. - and you never know who's real and who's a shitsterrer, so I can't really get a read on the broader consensus. Most chumbuds (now kaniki) I've seen seem to think Saba is adorable though, at least, either due to the model or to the rigging if not both.

Yes and yes. Her Live2D modeler posted a screenshot of all the vertices they added, and it really shows considering how phenomenal the mouth tracking is. Compare this to the outdated rigging still being used at Holo, but especially by the old Gura rhombus.
