even though Gura was my oshi i still had other girls i liked to watch in there but now it feels like when the place you work or study has a group chat and you kinda get along with the people in there but when you leave that job it just feels awkward to go see what they are talking in the GC as you no longer have anything to do with them so you quietly just leave one day.
does anyone feel the same way?

I know this is likely a shitpost thread, but yeah unironically.
Once mooms and fauna left, I kinda lost interest in the remaining holos. I still like them and all that, but I really can't be bothered to watch them as a priority anymore and often skip over streams to watch someone else.
They used to be my priority after my indie oshi but now I just kinda... do anything else with my time.

I havent watched a saba stream once and just continued watching hololive. despite everyone drumming her up as another big hit, I never felt the FOMO. guess i was never into gura in the first place and will never be.

I still watch CC/GG, IRyS, and Fuwamoco(occasionally). Watch Saba/Gura when she's live, the others when she's not, just as I always have.

Saba/Gura has always been boring as a streamer for me.. She doesn't speak much in stream, doesn't make jokes or references, well, she does make loli references but that's it.

Same, I still watch IRyS because she was always my second favorite, it was the first debut I watched live, and more or less does her own thing on her own time slot, but I'm no longer that invested in Holo as a whole anymore.
Maybe once another Gen debuts, I will watch them again...

Holo went from a fun group of chaotic amateur youtubers to a soulless brand with 17 flavors of management and HR department breathing down each girls neck. Probably great for normalfags who love major brand deals, overproduced pop music and sportsball, but I find it all rather stale. When my oshi left it was a blessing, as I had already been feeling it for years by that point.

I haven’t watched a single ex holo stream. I subbed to them but when their debut came I kind of loathed having to watch it and ultimately chose not to. They won’t be hanging out with the vtubers I care about anymore so why bother (fauna was my oshi)
