I think I might've had something similar a few weeks ago, it went away after like a week and only had it bad for 2 days, taking paracetamol or ibuprofen helped a lot with the symptoms. Eat some fruit with vitamin C if you can and drink plenty of water.

I once had a fever of 44c and I could actually feel my brain heating up and it felt like it was burning like an oven melting. I went to the hospital and had to wait 6 hours and it was fucking cold (-10c 1am) and by the time I finally got checked my fever went down to 37c and the doctor got pissy that I went to the hospital over a "mild fever".

Gut pain can be pretty fucking awful, I used to get sensitivities to certain foods since I was doing a dumb diet that messed with my system and when it would hit me it would be debilitating for hours, couldn't lie down, couldn't sit comfortably, just had to kind of sit hunched over sipping camomile tea trying to distract myself somehow until it passed

yeah i had that, except in my case it was lazy bowels syndrome or something. basically a blockage. sharp pain that hurts like hell in every position except one when hunched over, making it only moderately hurt.
i made my mom take me to the hospital once because i thought my appendix burst. i then learned appendicitis hurts on the opposite side for some reason and lower down. apparently i'm just supposed to wait for it to pass, despite the debilitating pain, rather than go to the hospital.

I think it's improved a lot, that was back when she was barely eating at all and her body was struggling to adjust to just about any food. Nowadays she seems like she's been pretty good with getting at least one proper meal a day, there's still room for improvement but it's definite progress.

Though at this point I think her streaming schedule might also be doing some harm, since usually she wakes up and doesn't eat breakfast and then streams straight through often until dinner time. Taking a "lunch break" on longer streams for like 10-20 minutes and eating anything, even if it's just a few crackers or pieces of fruit or something would go a long way, though I know she probably doesn't really like the idea of having to break up her streams even for a short time.
