In Kiara's case it's because she wants to have a bunch, right? This one is management driven, so it would be an official one they would use for Holo Summer, not just an MV specific commission.
But I don't think it's the case anyway, no reason to expect that, looks like a 2D silhouette to me. Not that it would be super clear anyway, so I could be wrong. But them getting a full MV to sell their swimsuit theme is already a big step above any other gen (that we know of), getting 3D on top of that is overkill. Advent is the golden gen but you have to hide the favoritism a bit.

Every I know about disney comes from KH, and while my favorite parts were the now-cringe-in-retrospective original darker scenes, I'm still fondly of the series and it's disney character interactions.
