VShojo's branding is used in Univolt, it's basically a project of them, and likely that's also on their contract. That's what they mean working with it, if it was their models only, Hestia would have not say anything since she fully owns it. But it does fit the bill of UMG contract stopping them from leaving so easily.

It's not good will. He's trying to avoid criminal and civil liability for embezzlement and wage theft and from people who worked for his branch. He can't actually make things right, but if he can present himself to the talent as also being a victim of everything who's doing what he can for them, he can manipuluate them into not pursing action against him and the company until he can cleanly exit. The same way he got them to accept their sponsor and merch money being stolen for months by telling each one in isolation that it was a bad time and they would make everything right as soon as possible and etc. It's literally the same gaslighting being used as a smokescreen while he escapes all consequences.

Someone else had suggested the /name/ + /name/ + and so on yesterday, and when the thread died I thought "How can I remove the 'vsj' and 'vshojo' from this text so that fewer lazy catalog searchers find us?" and that suggestion fit.
I am rarely the baker, and I don't care what name we end up using. On the rare occasion I that I do bake, I'll just use whatever we've changed to.

But thinking about it, without the simplicity of "vsjp + voms", it is really hard to summarize the group we've collected here now.

I'm speculating here, but I assume the deal is connected heavily with Vshojo as a brand in mind. However, the real value lies within the talents and the whole talent scouting process they did for them.
