Hestia has always been a streamer, she often talks about a job so I doubt she's on anything other than that. She's also not Japanese.

Now, Hotaru and Peke were mysteries.
Hotaru has already been posted in this thread who she actually is, which was picked up by her old fans.
Peke hasn't been identified. She might have been a small idol working at DearStage (Mofuku's production)
Likely they were using and were plan to use the idol gen to boost themselves in Japan.
