The album put a lot of stress on her and I think she wanted it to do better with the normie crowd, because she sited choosing the album art to try and not make it as anime/vtuber visable. Mix that in with her regular depresso expresso when winter starts to roll around and it just made for a genuinely bad time as a fan. She won me back personally because she openly talked about it on her year end retrospect on January first(ish) 2024 where she said she realized that she was bringing too much negativity to the streams and to fans so she tried hard to curb it and be a little more energetic. Also said she saw people (older members) saying they were gonna take a break for various reasons right around that time as well. Her usual frankness and openness made me want to come back. Now we're in a loop of her constantly being stressed because there's always something happening, both by her own choosing and by Cover kicking up stuff which lead to her generally negative attitude returning.
