I'm not sure that a good hypothetical counterexample exists. Maybe you can get a significant amount of the way there by strictly compartmentalizing the idol work into a character, but at the end of the day there's still no fourth wall. You're still giving interviews as yourself, interacting with fans as yourself, explaining why you aren't on display 24/7 for reasons that have to do with yourself. And if the culture that you're reifying as your idol character is one where it's noble to dedicate yourself to becoming the best cog in the industry machine, then that's pretty bad for everyone.

Something being a thing that "I don't like" does not preclude it from being a thing that oppresses women. Quite the opposite, in fact.
I have no doubt that some, maybe even most, idols have freely chosen to dedicate whatever time they'd need to pursue and maintain intimate relationships to grinding towards their idol endeavors instead. But in spite of that, there's still a need, perceived or ofherwise, for a superstructure that prohibits them from having an intimate relationship, one that needs constant propping up by chuds like yourself.
