Those streams are once a year, twice at best. That will have no noticeable impact on their channel country viewership metrics unless they literally aren't streaming at all outside of them. Sure, if you cherry pick one stream they have decent JP viewership. You could do the same for Bae or Mori's JP exclusive weeks and they'd probably be an even higher percentage. The fact is that they have an alright JP fanbase compared to most EN but that's mostly because they live in JP and are ultra try hards at courting them on twitter and with bait streams. Kiara and Ina usually try to throw their regular viewers a bone and will speak in English a decent amount of the time, either muted or if there's someone else who can speak English (the three non-JP members) then to them here and there. Of course you don't want to isolate or alienate the one JP member who doesn't really know English so they'll speak a decent amount of JP to them. Funnily enough, Suisei tried to speak a little bit of English to them knowing that their viewers likely didn't understand some of the conversations.
