I don't think that's the exact reason. I believe it's a matter of her not being confident in her troubleshooting abilities. Everyone should know by now how frustrated she can get when something isn't working right for her. So, when her setup is working, albeit not perfectly, she settles for that solution, which is what a lot of non-tech savvy people do.

I get its frustrating that she didn't address it, but I imagine she's inundated with stuff like that constantly and you just grow numb to it. If her brother, dad, or some other family member could go through her setup for her, she'd probably appreciate it. I just don't see chat being able to address all of these supposed issues with her stream without her getting seriously frustrated. Something I'll never understand about cover is when they do these new things its like they are actively avoiding actually trying to break into a new market. The only people who are going to buy these are people who were going to spend their money on them anyway, which in a way is basically cannibalizing their own sales. Now of course maybe those people spend more money because there is more product available for purchase, but there also have to people with a limited budget with whom introducing a new product line to is actually a net negative as you can't extract any more money from them. I'm not a business expert by any means, but I think if Cover wants to actually diversify their products (in the case of audiobooks at least) they would be better off offering actual known books. At least in this case it might actually attract someone outside of the existing audience. Because honestly, why would someone buy an audiobook of something that's completely unknown, there's nothing to grab your attention or even market in this case.
