yeah i was too when i was a teenager, now I'm in my 30s and whenever i drive anyone anywhere people tell me i drive defensively, i communicate my intentions and i stay in my exact lanes i always use when i'm going somewhere, i don't bob and weave through traffic, honk my horn at people, ride bumper to bumper, or do anything that makes people uncomfortable. i also make sure to piss and shit before i leave so i'm never anxious. here's some advice, a car doesn't do anything you don't tell it to. it's not gonna spin out of control or explode unless you do something to make it do that. control your vehicle, you're the driver, you shouldn't be scared. i also went to a driver's ed school for like 6 weeks a bit before getting my license so that helped too.
