Their models are a lot higher quality than Holo 3Ds, so is their rigging. That's nothing uncommon either, Holo models are all extremely outdated compared to even random indies nowadays.
It only makes sense when you think about it, Cover is significantly held back by having to maintain close to a hundred L2D/3Ds at this point, they are quite significantly behind the curve and have very little incentive to improve since it's really not a selling point for Hololive as a whole.
