I'm gonna be honest it's annoying to see Kiki yearn for people who left, even mentioning that she checks their accounts and stuff. So these people just live in her mind rent free? People who aren't champy? I know it's not that deep but it's annoying.

You see someone in chat for years just disappear and you are naturally going to wonder and check around. hell, even I do if I notice a regular hasn't been around for a couple weeks.

In my case it was the combination of missing sleep and a bad timeslot. You can't do anything about timezones, that's not your fault, but I'd stay up later than normal to catch a scheduled stream and at best I'd get maybe an hour of zatsu before I conked out if the stream started on time...but 8/10 times the stream would get delayed 45 minutes or more past the start time, or it just wouldn't happen at all and we'd all give up after an hour of no tweets or updates. The lack of sleep every single day really started to drain me, and the worst punches to the gut were when I'd suck it up and go to bed on time, missing the stream but saying

only to wake up to a deleted VOD. Kiki would say she'd try harder and it wouldn't happen again, but then it'd happen again and again. If I ever complained about it, everybody got mad at me and sometimes Kiki would even cry. So I stopped complaining about it, stopped putting in effort to chat in super late night streams while delirious with sleep deprivation, and eventually stopped showing up at all. It's not as if I hated Kiki, but I gave up on any hope of being able to participate. The strong GFE "we're married" kayfabe put this expectation on me to be present as much as possible, and when I wasn't able to be present it felt like I was letting you down and not filling that expectation. Some mornings I would wake up and the first thing I did was hug Kikidaki and cry saying "I'm sorry I'm sorry" over and over. That feels like shit, you know? I actually wasn't having a good time at all.

Like I don't know how long you've been around but the thing about not being followed makes you sound like you wandered in from uoh or something. Kiki has been very open that she specifically is opposed to that kind of special treatment, following specific fans, DMing then, anything like that. I've been a bit ramples lately. A comfy night watching movies with Champy sounds like what the doctor ordered.

goo morn. i've been a bit sick today myself, slept forever. i dreamt my mom had a giraffe on her balcony in inhumane conditions and i tried to help take care of it and considered reporting it to a zoo or something to take it away.

i'm still here and i will keep my word and stay forever, but i resonate with some of the posts from other champs. it is true that to achieve this i have had to distance myself a bit mentally, to let pyon and kiki affect my real life a bit less. in the beginning i literally had 99.5% stream attendance, despite them starting at 3am and despite occasional gorilla streams. i was obsessed with trying to make kiki happy any way i could and i was honestly delusional in many ways and to my own detriment. nowadays i think i have it figured out better and i'm happy that i found a middle ground solution like this. the bond i've made with kiki and champs means a lot to me.

Yeah I mean that's fair if the content is genuinely upsetting because it pokes at bad memories for you or something, but yeah it is just one event and Kiki's overall content won't change at all.

the school setting isn't my favorite, but i do like theming in general. i think a little themed kayfabe will spark creativity and lead to some funny hijinks and such.

The Thing is a great movie. But the dog scene is very graphic:
One of the dogs is not a dog, its a really fucked up alien, and it begins killing and eating the other dogs. The main character hears something weird going on, pulls the fire alarm, and gets everyone together. They go in there with guns and a flamethrower. No dogs survive the scene.
