Then some otomo recently suggested Rewind as another alternative, I responded by bringing Wind-Up back up, and the former got a (single) negative response while the latter got a mostly neutral to nothing response.

I think you misunderstood something about my post. I don't expect her to be perfect, or to always cater to my tastes in particular. I just would like a bit more communication, even a small update with no specifics, and for my experience to not get objectively worse through the introduction of a other streaming platform. I don't think that is too much to ask. For the most part I have been enjoying myself a lot, and I would like to continue.
