You'd have to not be a newfag to know that panels from manga used to be a popular reaction image format, especially on /a/.
It would be highly improbable to know the sauce behind all of them. I myself reposted plenty, having no idea where they came from. Pomf girl was a popular one, and I'd believe her for not knowing or reading the full manga. I never did.
