For one thing Rome didn't actually collapse overnight - in fact Roman currency, courts, laws, senators, and even imperial regalia and imperial infrastructure were in use and maintained for well over 100 years after the supposed fall. Since I was little I never really trusted the church (I grew up Presbyterian). And it wasnt like I thought the people in the church were trying to harm me, it was more along the lines of thinking they were given this information by other people who could of easily made any changes they wanted. And they probably removed a bunch too (like I heard the Vatican hides a ton of information from us in their vault which is about as evil as it gets.) My church felt more like a job. Something I had to go to but had no desire. I don't know, I just thought it was presented in a totally wrong way.

I will say the information you posted is very interesting and makes sense. The synchronicities have gotten absolutely insane and are impossible to ignore. It was never like this. Here is my schizo theory. If life is a simulation, then maybe it has "loading screens" like video games do. Hear me out. Every single dang time I travel anywhere someone or something slows me down. I play a fair amount of video games and I can't help but notice the similarity. Some games don't have loading screens. Instead they have sections that slow the player down while the rest of the level is loading. Why would someone be driving 10mph under the speed limit on a perfectly clear day? Every day this shit happens now. They might just be there to slow you down while the simulation loads in ahead of you. You stop at some convenience store around midnight while the world is asleep and some how there is 10+ people there waiting in line. You try walking down a hallway and there is always someone there walking slow as fuck or someone stops you to talk. Flights are always getting delayed now. Transitory places or liminal spaces are becoming slower and more uncanny. A sign of the simulation collapsing and slowing down?

Look man if you dabble in a little bit of theorizing about the possibility of being in a simulation, then at some point you got to consider the existence of npcs within it. In a video game an npc human is only slighty above an animal or monster in terms of complexity, so I don't think they would eat up to much more processing power. The fucked up thing is if you are a "player" you don't want the world to be centered around you, but you will notice it. It would be preferrable to share you existence with actual people. I don't like the idea of npcs to be clear. Its very fucked up and I refuse to treat anyone like they aren't real, regardless of how they come across.

Maybe unsettling or uncanny isn't the right way of saying it. Illogical maybe? What I mean is the time you have to spend in those places is increasing because the system may be slowing down. I only brought it up because people have been getting creeped out by liminal spaces more frequently. Like something is off about them to lots of folks.
