Goodnight x, i habe been a casual user of the forum and now i am in search of information and guidance on paranormal affairs. Currently working at public transportation sector in my country. Today chatting with some colleagues all sorts of strange experiences came to the topic at workplace ,and i am wondering if there are places i could get knowlegde or some piece of advice i could get from you. Strage noises, uncommon feeling of unease and even full sightings of unidentified phenomena like shades. Can they be dispelled or helped in a way they no longer are looking for to be manifested? It could be a suggestion case but for the sake of adding context there are 2 cemeteries and a dense ancient forest in three of the designated stops. being schizo is a wide spectrum just like how being autistic is also a wide spectrum. you don't have to be full psycho-nuts to be a schizo, you could be high-functioning and show possible warning symptoms like what OP just described above.
