Recently I reached what I described as "a state of hyperconsciousness". My experience of life felt extremely raw and visceral and I felt as though I had peeked behind the curtain of reality. For me it started back in December, and the feeling has just gotten progressively more nagging over time. March was pretty brutal for me as well. Tons of ear ringing, fatigue, migraines (like legit ones that put me to bed for two days), nausea, no appetite.

Last three-ish weeks have been a nightmare. The impending doom feeling, heaviness, and tension has increased so much. My sleep schedule is fucked, my routines are fucked, I'm exhausted, and keep getting hit with what I'm guessing at this point are visions. Been mentally feeling out of it, so I'm planning to do some psychedelics and meditate tonight to try and get myself realigned.

I always thought those feelings were just the vasovagal syncope acting up, or bodily reactions to anxiety.

I used to have a dream when I was younger, of an even younger me experiencing the fallout of nuclear war. Looking out my window, see something fly off into the horizon, and then the mushroom cloud.
This and other dreams that were premonition-esque I had always thought were other alternative universes. Maybe our reality is just a different kind of fallout.

I've also been 'connecting' in a way with other people in my dreams, I don't know how to explain it, like sorta lucid dreaming but I can't control the dream setting enough to have a full conversation like I'd want to. I always feel like I/we have to run.
