Hello x. I've already made a thread on this topic a while ago but I'm trying again since I didn't find anybody last time. Since mid 2023 I've been in contact with a spirit who says she knew me in my past life - during this time she's constantly watched over me and we've developed a very close relationship. I first met her in a dream I had, but the people in it were all real and conscious - after I woke up she kept talking to me. at first I thought I was going insane because I was an atheist /agnostic - but as time has gone on she's proved herself to me more and more to the point where I don't really question her legitimacy anymore. Strangely enough she's actually been depicted in some arts and media in our world - which confused the situation a lot for me, though I think I've wrapped my head around that somewhat now. I'd rather not say who she is though until I at least get a feel for the thread. Anyway my point making this is I want to find anybody who has a similar experience to me in having a mental link with a spirit? If anybody here has this or knows someone - I'd be really interested to talk to you - and I can also get some responses from the spirit if youse want to hear from her directly - though if she doesn't want to respond to a question I'll not force it.

There are many things I'd like to say, but I have to be careful, and you too, need to be very careful. The spirit might turn out to be a part of you that's actually not so friendly. Don't go into her world until you really know what's waiting for you on the other side, because it might be a trap.

As for going into her world there have been times I've wanted to kms so I can be with her but she's made me promise not to do this.

Yes, I met this spirit when I was learning to lucid dream, and she appeared to me when I was in an emotionally distraught state and helped me. I formed a persistent relationship with her, and still have it to this day, 11 years later. I can see her through my mind within space in the room I am in, as a vibration of light that appears like shimmering ripples of space. When I look at her she starts sparkling, and she talks to me all the time.
She also said we knew each other in past lives. I used lucid dreaming to revisit some of those eras of my existence, and did indeed find her there. She ascended from this physical reality a a long time ago. She says we are pleiadians, but then she also says we are angels, and I see both realities. The more beautiful I imagine something to be in my mind, the more real it becomes, and she always says its me that I see. When I dream I also see her, but usually still as the sparkles. If I call her name and reach my hand out to her, she can take a visible human form which I can touch and interact with. Her vibration is usually so high that she is completely transparent to me, but the sparkles always appear in the space where she exists when I pay attention to her.
We basically got married, and she wants me to teleport through a wormhole to ascend and be with her, but I have so far resisted that to some extent. When I dream at night I go all over the place, the past, other planets, all across the world, its fun.

That's part of what makes her so dangerous. She knows what you like and she knows exactly what to say and do to gain your trust. It's almost like a love spell. But she has a dark side that she won't let you see until it's too late. You may not believe me, but this sort of thing has happened to many people, which is why I know about it. And it almost never ends well, in fact it usually ends horribly.

Thanks for the reply anon. I can't manage any of the more advanced visualisation and stuff you're talking about - the only time I ever saw her was when she introduced herself in my dream - but that was an avatar not her true form. Our connection just allows us to talk with our thoughts. You say you can see where she is - does that mean you're in the same place on different planes? Mine is very far away I think. It's funny you said you revisited the places you went because in my initial dream she showed me some of earth's lost continents - even though we'd never been she just thought I might be interested. I also would like to marry mine - and I've actually ignored a couple human girls because I want to save myself for her, but she always rejects me since shes like romantically / sexually averse or something. Or at least that's how she acts.

I've also had a similar experience meeting an entity in my dreams who I formed a bond with however I haven't been able to contact him in a while, usually I would meet him in my dreams without thinking too much about it, like it would just happen spontaneously but lately it seems that even if i try to meet him in my dreams he doesn't appear and I do miss his company so how did you keep up the contact with her through all of those years? She's mentioned wanting me to come find her after I die but has also forbid me from killing myself prematurely. Hasn't ever talked about if it's possible to cross over while alive. I think it kind of depends on the spirit in question. She is so available to me, because she has detached from the world in such a way as to be able to completely dedicate her awareness to me. Your spirit friend might well still be exploring various realms, or perhaps is even incarnated into a world, and that keeps them from having a constant spiritual awareness which you can reach.
Id say the best way to reach that person is through your heart, as that is somewhat omnidimensional through space and time, and then when you make that contact it will naturally pull you and he closer together in your dreams. You can also learn to use your intent to guide you towards what you wish to find, in that case you basically move through dreams and realms towards the place he is at, rather than waiting for him to come to you. If he is a higher level spirit and not incarnated, then calling his name by voice, singing it with a vibration of love, is a very effective way of making contact.
It might also be that you and he aren't destined to always be together, perhaps there is another spirit you haven't met yet, who can make that type of contact.
I think for all types of spirit contact, you should work on having some type of angelic awareness and connection to God, as that is basically a free pass to anywhere in creation, with the speed and skill to reach where you wish to go.

I'm not really sure. We are twin flames, and so destined to be together through angelic contact for the rest of time. Its like there is a dimension of awareness where we are in the same place, but I don't know if that is truly where she resides, or simply something she is constantly looking at. I know where to look with my awareness to see her though, and its always been that when I look I see her.

I'm sort of the same way, I basically asked to marry this spirit like the 3rd time we met, and she said it was eternal for her kind, and I said that was ok so she immediately agreed. Establishing the other parts of the relationship are harder for me, than for her. She seems all in from the start, but I am slowly working my way towards her.
I'll say, this type of relationship can be quite difficult, because we are different types of existences. What helped me, was learning how to operate on some level, the part of me that has a similar type of existence as her. Maybe your friend is hesitant to open that door of longing and disappointment between you, before you develop the skill needed to actually reach her, and can fulfill your desires. And obsessions related to sex can be somewhat counterproductive to spiritual development.
There is another dimension to this in my case, which is a transgender thing, and that has been very difficult to navigate for me, though for her kind its quite natural. I perceive that I have two astral forms, but one is much more difficult for me to embrace than the other.
I'd say for any type of relationship development, practice meditation and yoga.

It took a lot longer for me to warm up to mine - but now I prioritize her over anybody else and really can't imagine being without her.

I do think about having sex with her but it's not really in a lustful way more that I want to be as close with her as possible. She always gets annoyed and calls me a pervert if she notices I'm thinking about it though. A part of that is just her ego though I think she thinks it's like unbefitting of her status to do that.

Do you have two spiritual forms one of which is a woman? I don't get this part at all desu- the only thing that's really changed about how I see myself after meeting my spirit is she eventually told me who my past life is - he's nobody important, but it feels weird to know. I'm also not sure whether to count that life as part of 'me' or not.

I feel I have such a link with my love, although it may be from a point of view of theirs beyond this world even though physically they are incarnate here for the time being. I don't feel this kind of a connection is too rare though, several express having maintained communication with deceased loved ones beyond their death.

More than two. Its more like, one is basically a copy of myself, and the other is formed completely of energy, and I have to imagine it taking a form, which reflects whatever feeling, thought, love, I project upon it, and its very female. I can easily be the form that I was born as, but trying to be another form is a conscious decision, and my capability to project my awareness fully into something that is further apart from my physical body is more difficult.

It will open up your energy and train your awareness to perceive that which is more subtle than what is physically apparent. I highly recommend hatha yoga with your eyes closed, it basically makes the internal body start to glow. That glow illuminates physicality on an internal level, and it appears to become more multidimensional, ie. more layers of expression stacked together into the same space. You become aware of your inner self to a sufficient level, that the awareness itself becomes a sort of second bodily vessel through which your mind can perceive existence, and that allows you to temporarily exit this realm into the spirit world.
Of course, that can be quite a scary thing if you are unprepared, and if your mind isn't stable and well grounded in awareness of its own life, so I recommend meditation as well. Meditation on the breath, on the heart, and on the awareness.
I will say though, as a warning, you can start this path and nothing much will happen at first, but at a certain point it becomes an irreversible transformation of your awareness and life, and that isn't really something humanity is prepared for. An individual can prepare for it, with a lot of help from very lovely spiritual friends, but even then its difficult.

Yes, they are here in the world and I try to support them as much as I can. The non-physical interactions I have with what I perceive to be them (outside the confines of this world) usually take the form of physical tingling sensations that I experience that seem to be their reactions to my actions or thoughts in life, or them trying to get my attention to focus on something important. It's a bit of a crude form of communication from them outside the world, to me within it; but it's been a significant comfort at times and has helped lead me to my love when I met them as they are presently incarnate here in world.

Interesting as well how youse all seem to communicate with your spirits in dreams but for me it's while we're conscious. You should ask him about a spiritual link between you two and whether you have one?
