When I first came across this map I realized the lowest spectrum was shame and everything made sense.
I think I lived in shame for nearly 30 years and only in the past 5 years ( since I discovered Ayuhasca) I actually envolved.

Peace is when the Jing sublimates into Qi(will), which crystallizes into Shen(Wisdom) and then integrates into the harmony of Justice.
This causes your internal order to 'rest' in your dynamic emotional state.
