When I first came across this map I realized the lowest spectrum was shame and everything made sense.
I think I lived in shame for nearly 30 years and only in the past 5 years ( since I discovered Ayuhasca) I actually envolved.
I am not even sure I am in the upper- half, but I am progressing.
