Feeling intense depression and despair for the last week. Has gotten worse since May. Complete apathy, constant psychic attack. Most of the inner world shocked, shattered, scattered, and totally asleep at the wheel. Nothing to fend it off, on my own.

It won’t solve your problems instantly. Just give you knowledge of your energy vs others.

As above so below. You can't be psychically attacked without a physical response on your body. Learn to breathe properly and use it to regulate your heart rate because an attack can only be initiated by spiking it.

If something or someone is smothering your spirit and trying togut your connection to the higher worlds, you have to meditatively focus on a point 12 inches above your head. If you can bring your focus there and find resistance then that's the start of your troubles. But dont get pummeled into submission. Get up and be active and fight. Even if your vibes die your logic and reason will never abandon you.
