I think i've finally found something that works for me on SR, none of the other advice out there really helped me quit and what helped me is really fucking generic advice everyone has heard but I actually tried it and I think im finally free from gooning

A few days ago I relapsed on something like a day 14 streak and I was pissed because I felt like I'd never truly be free from my masturbation addiction, but I think the problem (atleast for me) all along is that I was counting the days.
