The Sun. Sunlight is extremely good for you, anon, it helps to reduce severe depression symptoms and many other mental and physical health problems as well. Trust me, I would know for sure, because it's worked on me tremendously so far, and it should help you out too, my friend. That's my promise to you for sure. So be sure to praise the Sun safely everyday, anon, and also maybe have faith in God as well. Not necessarily the God you see in traditional religions and such, because it should be obvious that those depictions are filled with a lot of contradictions, and that tends to put many people off of it to begin with, which is completely understandable, really.
Instead, have faith in the God of consciousness itself, because consciousness is the most fundamental thing in all of existence, bar none. And that's the one thing that links us all together no matter where we are in life right now, which is consciousness itself, and we share that special link with God as well, since God is essentially the main pool of consciousness that we draw from in the first place.
