It's always fascinating to see the next generation of paranormal fans growing into the culture. This is an old one that only started popping up when cameras started being commonplace, counter to the usual occurrence of cryptics no longer being found when we could all record stuff at any time.

It's what the UFO types just called "Rods" back in the day, and they are a result of moths/butterflies/insects that are captured in a blurred form over a few frames, but move faster than the shutter is set for, so you don't get much detail. It makes a very characteristic shape in the video.

People suspected that they were UFOs, or maybe undiscovered species that we hadn't observed before since we couldn't see them moving that high and that fast.

If you have seen how the disc vehicles appear to fade into the same color as the sky behind them you might be able to recognize that the video is of a disc vehicle flying on its side with the top and bottom of the vehicle already reflective like a mirage on a hot highway.. look at the edges of the line where the rest of the vehicle would be visible if not for the effect. Look at the vehicle when it first comes into view.
The big deal if there is any would probably be the fact that the time onboard is passing much slower than outside the field effects of the vehicle. From the onboard perspective that short glimpse caught on video was probably experienced by the beings onboard as more than 15 to 20 minutes of relative time. If anyone or any systems were to detect their vehicle they would have more time to respond to the relatively slow humans outside of the field effects of their technology.

Disc shaped vehicle was simply parked not even very high up and the edge of the disc blended with the background sky until there was nothing left in view. It's well within understandable when you have this kind of personal experience.

It disrupts our consciousness itself and completely prevents the formation of memory while it is in operation.

I was able to remember everything that happened up until the equipment was activated on several occasions and then in early 1992 I finally managed to get a visual memory of the device. See if you can get the highest resolution video of it. Degradation is already bad but you can almost see the circular outline before it curves to point the edge at the camera. In that flight mode the beings onboard see time much faster so you can be sure there were beings looking at the guy and his dog. The brief moment on the video probably was seen as almost an hour from onboard

This is a kind of drone. It looks like a shaft with little blades spinning around. They can move very fast and hover as well. There is some good video of one of these in Mexico City hovering outside a window. It's definitely not a moth or arrow.

Why do you think so few people have noticed my posting? It's simply a natural matter of fact to me. I lived with full conscious awareness during a majority of the interactions with the beings from the stars for several years. I was shown things deliberately and as happenstance due simply to being aware of their presence and their technology.
My experience goes beyond what is easy to convey to those who have no idea of even their own experience with these beings. They are not prepared to go through the shock of becoming aware of their own memories. Your own mind is the only thing preventing you from being fully conscious during the routine visits of the beings.. which are happening far far more often than you might realize. It's a relatively trivial issue for them stay out of view for the majority of the interactions.. due to their technologies of communication not all of the interactions are actually tangibly physical material.. but they are no less real.

If they are able to keep you unaware by application of their technology why would they not? How would we react to an animal in the wild that simply refused the effects of tranquilizers? What happens if a wild creature simply starts successfully evading the effects or becomes immune to them? Would we quit studying the creatures altogether or would we work something else out?

They are not actually rod shaped.. it's a small device about the size of a cigarette lighter or a boxed deck of playing cards.. with a series of metallic rings spinning around the center device. Unlike many people I am not guessing. I have made direct personal observation of this. They are watching the quantum properties of human consciousness and the material effects of human choices at the quantum state perspective. Yes, the human 'catch and release' program often has to remind the human about the agreements they made previously. If the human becomes conscious while onboard they are able to rewrite the memory within the mind. It's a little bit like the fictional Vulcan mind meld but with one mind far outpacing the other to read the content of the lesser mind and then to restructure the concepts to cover the event with a suitable replacement memory. It's not actually very high quality in terms of visual memory but the trick works because of the functions that attach emotional significance to the memory.
If I had ever bothered to look directly at the memory within my mind it would have been obvious that there were some issues with it.. but what is available to do when you find a memory in your mind that somehow doesn't work? The interactions with the beings are easily forgotten about.. in this manner and for this reason.

The biggest thing that is available for you to do as a human is to simply become aware of your own memories of your previous interactions with the beings from the stars.. once you are fully aware of the past you will be more able to see the events as they continue. Then you can begin to try to understand the technology that is being used to contain the majority of the human population unaware. To be fair, the technology is a bit overwhelming and disorienting. Most people are probably not up to the challenge
