I promise you, these aspects can make a difference. On multiple occasions, I’ve had doctors prescribe me medications without enough markers to indicate a diagnosis — even with zero indicators in testing and relying purely on my judgment, which is pretty wild.

If you can, ask for advice on wording from established professionals too. Run what you were thinking of saying by them and ask for their honest takes.
