Duplicate thread but having been a theistic satanist for ~10 years I would say its mostly glowies but there are some people who really believe it. probably originated with a glowie named David myatt with tons of links to MI6 through the late 80s mailbomings linked to UKIP etc, classic 'bong shit. He wrote stuff about his lolita fantasies w/16 yo and one of his best friends got caught molesting little boys, etc. Reason why it was created it still unknown. Some say its cointelpro, some say its GLADIO, some say its all part of satanic panic style global illuminati, whatever. Just about everyone on the scene I every met knows its some crazy op.

Despite the glow some people really do believe it.. I've had the displeasure of encountering something close to "true believers" online. They have an interesting profile because its like the movie "children of the corn". They are usually young self-hating homosexuals or trans or whatever who grew up with fire and brimstone, had super shitty lives, got molested, and can't imagine any kind of loving god or nice guy devil so just go with the most ontologically evil thing they can find.

That's why it'll self perpetuate forever probably at this point. the glowies are probably trying to pull out but at this point because everyone knows how it started and its world famous and school shooter type kids aspire to it.

It's impossible for me to figure out what the fuck those Saturn people are on about. The black book of Saturn by aurthur moros reads a lot like someone in Myatt's circle (probably not the man himself as its a little less circuitous), but what's strange is the saturn conspiracies and symbology seem to predate it.
