So, off the bat, I'm seeing you have no negative outcomes here, but you do have multiple roads you could take just because you're based like that. Depends on your own preferences and how you execute your free will. Because ultimately, tarot reads different lines that fate could take and shows you the most likely outcome based on how things are going, but it seems you're at a crossroads right now and you're enough of a go-getter that it could change easily based on your behavior.

As you are now, H is the most likely option. if you don't do much of anything at all, even if H seems unlikely now, the clouds will clear, the sun will rise on the moon's darkness and it will reveal that in front of you sits a vast fountain overflowing with opportunity and the ability to use this water to cultivate whatever you'd like to plant and grow here.

S is an option that'll take a bit more work to get to, but may seem a little more obvious than H at first glance which will be what makes doing this work attractive. It's less of a natural choice than H, as you'll very much have to continue maneuvering through S in an intellectual sense to continue the growth here, but you can definitely do it and it'll be rewarding.

Lastly, as for neither.... I only pulled one card as both of these outcomes have good things going for them and I got the three of pentacles. That tells me that no matter what happens, you'll be okay and continue to have avenues available to you for a successful and happy life.

You wouldn't get injured if you get the help of a coach or an instructor. Stop winging things and 248 lbs isn't heavy btw. Take it from someone who can DL 500 lbs. Once you got the right technique down you can work towards your goal. also unless you're playing football, DL are completely pointless as far as exercises go, unless you're training to compete, I would avoid them.
