I took this board’s advice and went to DMT land. I also died from a wound to the chest but doctors brought me back, unrelated. If I understand my spirit guides correctly, they don’t give a fuck about me. They only care about my spiritual growth. I’m not only a spirit though, I have to pay rent. I’ve decided to enter a spiritual rebellion against them. I refuse to be bullied by guides who barely show up. Do you guys have any advice on how I can bridge the desires of the spiritual and physical? Or should I just burn this body down to the foundation?

They’re pretty complex and a lot of it is personal. They actually care greatly but don't show it until you reach a certain level of spiritual development to where they realize they wont be misunderstood. Then they start talking back about their feelings.
The reason it appears they don't care is because they know the only thing that really truly counts is conscious development and what you choose to create with it, and they don't want to corrupt you or rob you of your journey.
