They're real
All of them. And they're exorcised demons or aliens. Think of those trees you see in anime with a rope around them capturing the youkai inside the tree. Cartoons are like that, they are "soft forms" of demons/aliens that your mind can handle. Did you really think the extremely high quality hand-drawn animation was possible by human willpower alone?
Chuck Jones, Walt Disney, etc, were dark magicians. Sealing entities into their cartoons into a format that your puny brain can handle.
And I invented a few of them by exorcising my own demons. There's a demon that makes you spin rings on your fingers compulsively. This demon was black and white colored covered with fur and was exorcised into the demon Sylvester the Cat.
