i don't have all the answers but here are some options you can try. some can be tried simultaneously.
1. masturbate some fixed amount of times before you start to feel horny, away from digital devices. so for example, if i masturbate three times in one day, i won't get horny again for the next 3-4 days. if you do this away from porn, you'll cut off the fuel that the porn needs.
2. get too busy to have time for porn.
3. get mental health help from a professional
4. quit porn cold turkey and resolve to steady your mind whenever you feel horny (difficult)
5. meditate regularly to calm your mind, and stop engaging with paraphilic materials. you will probably need to spend 200-300 hours researching shamatha and vipassana before you even know how to do it right. you can still practice in the meanwhile, since practicing will also help you home in on how to do it right.
6. get a nympho gf to burn out your sex energies (difficult)
if you ever feel completely at the end of your rope, an extreme and inadvisable option would be psychedelics, which can have anything from very negative to very positive effects. i would recommend you do not do this unless you are certain that you will imminently kill yourself otherwise, and even if you do it, it would be best to have some kind of support network ready, like a trusted friend who can take care of you or a psychologist who can section you if this extreme option backfires. hopefully you'll be able to find natural healing without having to resort to this.
finally, this may sound strange to you, but it really is all in the mind. some other guy in the thread saud "this is who you are at your core" and i want you to know that's complete bullshit, these are just mental habits, like regular echoes that occasionally get really loud and push you to action. it's not from the body or even from a desire for pleasure (gooning can be really unpleasant). i discovered this when my body got messed up for a month which gave me interesting experiences.
