Psychic power appears to require some kind of common consensus or medium. Telepathy might be possible but this would probably come across as your own thoughts. You receive thoughts from others at a distance, but picking them out from your own thoughts is difficult or impossible. Some of your thoughts might be someone else's thoughts.

Psychic power works like a radio tower or something, you are broadcasting to other people and receiving.
