Exercising more, moving less. Why did hats go out of fashion? Nobody has to go outside and walk around for every fucking social activity, grocery run and chore like before. Convenience is way up, it’s delusion to assume that the average won’t adjust for it, and being mindfully active for an hour or two a day won’t replace 12 hours of passive activity. As for food, comparing to the 2000’s isn’t saying much, we were fat then too.
