Because people always ever say what they think it is without doing the actual debunk. In that case, that would be having to create an animatronic puppet with servo - controlled facial "muscles" and so on, extremely expensive and obviously such a gargantuan undertaking, nobody would ever do it.
I highly doubt faking these videos is profitable. Unless you can show how putting this (and skinny bob) on youtube somehow generates the millions of dollars it would have taken to create the hoaxes.

if you get attention from your fake you are safe, normally when something real happens gets ignored or derrailed since those are CIA orders in case something real happens revealing info about the poster or similar to silence the poster or make him retract himself.
with this video we didn't see anything similar just people proving the video is fake specially the whole shining finger (reeks to someone that watched and romantized E.T movie too much).
