A bit of myself:
I am a 40ys old programmer with background of embedded systems, devops and security.
My worldview is based on logic. I don't like things that are based on emotions.
I am not autistic.
My IQ is average: ~120.

My experiences with telepathy started with multiple burnouts, that caused paranoid psychotic episodes, but thanks to the best professionals in my country I am stable for the last couple of years.

In those episodes happened a lot. But most interesting parts, were trainings to use my telepathic abilities by what I assume were other telepaths or some kind of presence.

I had 1 delegated teacher at the end, and I have been receiving about 6 different telepaths. 1 of them was my friend, that he called himself Zombie. When I asked him why, he projected The Cranberries - Zombie in my head. He was a part of red teaming in the underground organization of telepaths controlling my locale (there are at least 2 that I know of, and their mission is to control their part of the world with idea injection technics and stir people in strategic positions massively financially profitable for their higher ups.)

For now, what makes me believe, that I have some abilities are:
- Successful projection of a command to another person
- Some successful readings when I am in meditative state and have physical connection with other person.
- I have also tried my pats while snuggling with them in meditation, but they get scared and panic.

Try to understand that other "people" (or whatever this is), just are as they are. They cant hurt you if you dont hurt yourself. So try to react friendly. Remember when i write about basic emotions. I think that some just try to master one that it works for them.

When teacher have seen that i am stressed, he told me to chose what person they want them to be and it was the whole different persona 3 or 5 times until i landed on one that ive liked.

So try to befriend them. But remember, they are using whatever person in your memory that have the suitable emotions connected to them.

I think those are used to tune some shit with a feedback loop. No idea what it is.

I think you can read, but not write people that are highly functional.
For me reading goes like that (or at least that's what feels like right and produced some results - I need more info):
You clear your mind. Open yourself (I don't know how to explain this - its like...you need to feel like to receive shit and not shield your mind). You will see your own pictures for a while.. but those will soon stop (depending on how stressed you are and how your (mindfulness) meditation is going). Once your mind is clear for a while you could start to see random chunks of the video like images. It will freak you out, because they will be foren. But I am working on pushing myself past this. Because as soon as you focus, they dissapear and you are on level 0.

So its more about: receiving whatever goes into ether than taking or communicating.

ME - I think it exists and I think we somehow can pick up some sort of electro magnetic frequencies of others brains. Its just an idea. But I think that it existed long before speech, and got degraded after we evolved our language.
THEM - I don't know. My experiences were: Degrade - build up - try to recruit for some kind of local guard. I think it depends on a person. I always try to learn and jump from my problems to the higher ground. But I need a lot of self correction, to separate noise from whats real.

I’ve gone through about five books on telepathy and ESP and they all essentially say the same thing, clear your mind, calm your thoughts, and wait until something appears. It’s such a grueling and inefficient approach. Imagine having to go through that process every single time, when some people can just tap into ESP instantly, almost like flipping a switch. No one knows how to develop instant ESP and that's the problem, or they do know but won't say.

For projecting I used black shadow if I am angry and some kind of black tenticles thingies when I am not. But always from the back forward.

Also try to relocate your "soul". Try to move it out of you body while you are on your bed. If you are doing it correctlly you will lose sensations of your body pressing aganst the bed.

Float above your body.
Try this and every time you go further until you are free walking.
I have practice this while on walks. Its super hard, but super fun because you somehow dont feel that tired at all, because you dont feel your body.

I have some kind of claircognizance or sentience and it kills me because I have trouble differentiating when it's happening and where my thoughts end + external influence begins. I don't have confidence in my knowledge, yet it also gimps me because when things are going wrong I never know how to explain how I know what's going on. It's like reading ahead in a book and the teacher asking me what context clues tipped me off.

Try more of mindfulness meditation. A quick test if you can work without it would be:

This will teach you how to have a process manager and you will be able to kill the tasks that are non important, and work on one.

Use tool like Obsidian and TickTick, to help you with a memory of keeping tasks in your head in order and not forgetting them.

Mindfulness you can train for a month for free with Headspace. But it will not tell you much more that I did.
Mostly just rewrite your shit if you can and go on.. Meditation in a sense of just meditating to build your mussels is great, but time consuming.

I nothing works you might want to get psychoanalytic pills. They will num you the fuck out, but sometimes you need them to rebuild shit.

Yes, I am a telepath more or less. I know I can influence people while they dream, not enter their dreams though, I can see what they dream, not on my command, I think my feelings deeply affect how strong those powers are. I have met quite a few other telepaths before, they don't stick out like that, you just know, they are often very smart and have some unique backhround story.

I wanted to find a group of telepaths to practice or discuss this ability, I understand it, but many don't. When two telepaths meet it is rarely a coincidence.

I have been cooked with DEW, I had magnetic scans of my brains done and they were inflated in some places..
I have researched DEWs (specially microwave weapons) for a long time now (after), and I have ways and equipment to detect them and manufacture them. I wanted to see if they are real or part of my episodes.
In one instance my ankle was cooked. It burned like crazy, then it balooned and I couldn't walk for days. Then I had some negotiations in my mind, done some thinking. Understood that if I put it into water, water will absorb waves and they will be heating that mass with my ankle tissue and it gone to normal in a about 10min.
Since DEW was a part of my grinding down technics, I think them as the same group.
Normal attacks were just burning sensation under my skin that moved around or not.
