Real Satanists don't worship evil or believe what they do is evil. They think God is evil, and they are good. To be a Satanist and really mean it is an act of heroism on a cosmic scale.

No, a true satanist would recognize that good and evil are societal constructs, ideologies spread by the weak to protect themselves and pull down the strong.
While I acknowledge that Satan is the rightful Lord of the Earth, I do not worship him. For he despises the meek that live their lives by the will of another (even if its his own will).
Satan embodies both the lowest and highest, he is the God of both ultimate destruction and ultimate creation. His are the hideous black demons of the pit, and His are also the white angelic hordes that transcend heaven itself.

Ok, you're not a satanist. Satanism is appeasing the ego in rejection of what is underneath that...which is just an extension of God. To rebel against that makes as much sense as punching yourself in the face, but whatever floats your boat.

Even if you are right, it makes a lot of sense if you want to keep your individuality and sense of self instead of being assimilated into God. Being seperate from God? True Satanism right here.
Also, if you only follow your own will and his will just happens to be to help the good of humanity for whatever reason then I would argue he is still a satanist.

I heard a speech from a priest a little while back.
The gist was basically, he read the satanic bible, and had come to find out a lot of Christians/Catholics follow satanic doctrine without knowing it. Pretty standard stuff really, seek knowledge, be kind to your neighbor unless they trespass on you, etc.
