When did (you) first consider we could be on a simulation of shorts, and how do (you) picture og reality to be like?
Today something weird happened, I have a quite rare genetic syndrome whose name came from a hospital in London. I googled it today and now its named after two researchers! How is that possible? I recall the doctor telling me it was named after an hospital as kid. I remember reading about it on the syndrome's Wikipedia page.
Why would the grind matrix gangster computer God need to retcom that?
