Did not make it. As I made the left turn, an incoming vehicle quickly traveled from my right to my left, and i hit its driver side back door. The driver is injured, their car is totaled, my rental vehicle is damaged. Everything is probably covered by insurance, but I feel terrible. The driver I hit was someone I'd never met, they did nothing to deserve this. They probably don't want to see me. I just want to know if their injuries heal. What should I do, aside from paying the ticket?

Their car which I'd wrecked wasn't worth that much. I'm thinking of buying them a new one.

I didn't say anything to the guy and he approached me aggressively when I was minding my own business. I repeatedly told him to back away and leave me alone. He then got mad because I didn't apologize and called the cops. When I was attempting to leave he stood in front of my vehicle blocking me. Eventually he let me leave when enough sense got through to him but now I'm scared I'll have a warrant for my arrest. He took video of my plates and myself. I have video of him standing in front of my vehicle when I attempted to leave on dash cam.
