It would need ~40km/s dv just for a capture. With its mass and such dv - it's only orion/nswr/fusion-torch propulsion. It could hide a single burn in the suns glare, but it would still need more burns to get onto a planetary orbit, and those wouldn’t be hidden with those engines.
