The R Naves Observatory in Spain took a photo of 3i/ATLAS today (Or maybe yesterday'ish. With in the last 12 hours, time zones and what not.)

It showed that 3I/ATLAS had not only not loss any mass, but had shifted 4° and increased its brightness by a factor of 5. And, still did not have a tail even after exiting parhelion.

It is not a comet.
