OP you should embrace that there's a limit on how much you can talk about something online. I went to the doc she said it is bruised, she did only some xrays. It is now a lot better but I still suffer occasionally. Also it‘s now 4weeks. Once I don‘t feel any pain anymore I will join judo and bjj again.

If they're traditionally male dominated spaces then the feminization of those spaces changes the dynamic. All it takes is one woman and the group dynamic changes radically in social, work, and hobby settings.
