I think wrestling is a bit underrated cause it rarely ends fights on itself but it's still extremely useful. Also bjj probably has the most finishes in the UFC besides boxing.

Judo has groundwork. Nowhere near as extensive as BJJ but the whole point is to soften up someone and then slap on a choke or armbar if necessary. Judo is very useful and cheap.

I'd even argue that very few people have actually good boxing in the UFC. The reason why so many knockouts are with the hands is because fighters just swing as hard as they can with little attention paid to form.
